Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7/2/26
This page explains what information SSI ("Secondary Solutions Inc.") collects through this website, how we use it, and how to request updates or deletion. This policy applies to SSI website forms, account and support portal features, download gates, blog subscriptions, and direct email contact through addresses listed on this site.
What we collect
- Form submissions: name, company, email, phone, request type, machine or system details, serial number (if provided), and project or issue descriptions submitted through the Request a Quote and Support forms, including attachments you choose to upload.
- Account and portal information: account registration and profile details such as name, company, work email, password hash, phone, job title, department, company website, address, organization membership, support requests, machine records, service reports, report subscriptions, and related portal activity.
- Download and subscription information: email address, downloaded asset, source page, referrer, and related activity when you request a gated flyer or subscribe to blog updates.
- Operational/anti-spam fields: form type, hidden honeypot field values, and CAPTCHA token fields used to validate legitimate submissions.
- Attribution and technical context: page path, referrer, browser user agent, IP address, timestamps, and campaign parameters such as UTM values, Google Ads click IDs, and LinkedIn campaign IDs when they are present in the page URL.
- Local draft storage: if you use form draft save, in-progress form text may be stored only in your browser on your device and is not transmitted to SSI until you submit.
- Technical logs: website and API infrastructure may record technical request data (for example IP address and timestamp) for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.
- Email correspondence: information you include when contacting sales@ssi-co.com or support@ssi-co.com.
How we use information
- Respond to quote and support requests.
- Communicate about projects, service needs, and follow-up questions.
- Operate account, organization, machine, download, subscription, and reporting features.
- Operate and secure form submission workflows, including spam prevention and abuse monitoring.
- Maintain business records, audit trails, service history, and customer support records.
- Improve website reliability, troubleshooting, and request handling.
- Measure website performance and marketing results using GA4 analytics.
Analytics, embeds, and external services
- Google Analytics (GA4): SSI uses GA4 by default on public website pages to measure page engagement, resource downloads, and successful inquiries. You can turn off GA4 analytics for this browser on the Privacy Choices page. SSI is configured not to send personal form details such as name, email, phone, company, message text, raw search terms, or internal ticket IDs to GA4. Google may process analytics data under Google's terms. You can manage browser-level analytics and future advertising choices on the Privacy Choices page.
- Google services: the Contact page includes Google Maps links and an embedded map.
- YouTube embeds: pages may include videos served from youtube-nocookie.com. The embed can still contact Google/YouTube when it loads or is played.
- CAPTCHA verification: if CAPTCHA is enabled for forms, verification requests are sent to the configured CAPTCHA provider endpoint.
- Email delivery providers: form notifications may be sent through SSI's mail system or a configured provider (such as Resend) to deliver request notifications.
- CRM and workflow providers: SSI may send submitted request, download, and attribution details to configured business workflow systems, such as monday.com, when those integrations are enabled.
Data retention
SSI keeps submitted information for as long as needed to respond to requests, provide support, operate accounts and downloads, maintain service history and business records, and protect website operations. Retention periods may vary by request type, account status, support history, integration settings, and operational or legal requirements.
Data sharing
SSI does not sell personal information submitted through this website or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising through the current site. We share information only as needed to run site, account, download, communication, support, and business workflow processes, including hosting/infrastructure providers, configured email delivery services, CAPTCHA providers (if enabled), analytics services (if allowed), and CRM or workflow providers (if enabled).
Browser privacy signals
GA4 analytics is on by default for public website pages and can be turned off for this browser through this site's Privacy Choices controls. Advertising storage stays off unless you enable it there and SSI later enables approved advertising tags. Browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not automatically change the default site behavior. Use the Privacy Choices page to save or clear this browser's analytics and advertising choices.
Policy changes
SSI may update this policy when website forms, account features, analytics settings, integrations, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

To request correction, update, deletion, or a copy of information you submitted through this website, contact support@ssi-co.com. Include your name, company, email address, and enough detail for us to locate your request, account, subscription, or download records.
