Analytics helps SSI understand website traffic, page engagement, resource downloads, and successful form submissions. This helps SSI improve the website and follow up on real business interest. SSI is configured not to send personal form details, raw search terms, or internal ticket IDs into GA4.

Future ad features

Advertising tools may help SSI measure ad performance, build remarketing audiences, or understand which campaigns brought visitors to the site. This should remain off unless SSI has approved the related ad features and privacy disclosures.

Form privacy note: Submitting a contact, quote, support, download, account, or subscription form sends the information you enter to SSI for follow-up and site operation. SSI is configured not to send personal form details such as name, email, phone, company, or message text into Google Analytics or advertising platforms.
